EQUAL Care Sessions

OnlineSeptember 12th, 2022

EQUAL Nordics invites 30 female artists, songwriters and producers from Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland and Iceland to take part in EQUAL Care Sessions.

Care Sessions are virtual group meetings with the goal of strengthening the minds of music creatives, all under the guidance of the certified psychologist Rosana Corbacho. A safe space for female music creatives to connect, share and learn from each other.

“The goal of group therapy is to help feeling connected, understood and to collaborate. “It was a pretty emotional experience but it was so comforting hearing other creatives stories and sharing things we rarely talk about in depth with others. Like a little support group!”

– Bishat (Artist & Songwriter)

“Starting the conversation about mental health is hard and scary but also the key to make a change. Sharing stories and listening to other people’s stories really touched me and made me feel less alone. I hope the care sessions continue and grow cause it really is such a great, beautiful and important initiative!”

– SHY Martin (Artist & Songwriter)
