OnlineSeptember 12th, 2022

WORDS FROM PAST PARTICIPANTS

“It was a pretty emotional experience but it was so comforting hearing other creatives stories and sharing things we rarely talk about in depth with others. Like a little support group!”

– Bishat (Artist & Songwriter)

“Starting the conversation about mental health is hard and scary but also the key to make a change. Sharing stories and listening to other people’s stories really touched me and made me feel less alone. I hope the care sessions continue and grow cause it really is such a great, beautiful and important initiative!”
